Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
These are estimated delivery times. Sew & Press, LLC does not guarantee delivery dates. We will, however, always do our best to deliver on or before your delivery date.
Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice may be left by the postal service advising where your delivery can be collected.
We will not re-ship packages returned for wrong or incomplete addresses and customer unavailability!
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Sew & Press, LLC does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
We ship daily from Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year except for Sundays and holidays. Occasionally orders may not ship the ‘next-day’ due to stock issues, high volume of orders, lacking order information or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or next open business day.
You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.
